So, Marie, bago tayo sumagot ng inyong mga tanong, just a couple of updates from our end. We were notified last night that an incident had happened between two vessels diyan po sa vicinity ng Lawis Ledge sa Talisay City, Cebu, involving MV Sulpicio Express 7 at ‘yung MV St. Thomas Aquinas 1. So nakakakuha na po tayo ng updates and all the search and rescue assets are concentrating on the rescue because, I think, may kausap na kayo kaninang nag-u-update sa inyo doon sa mga pangyayari. As of 7 a.m. po kasi kanina, ito ho ‘yung official report sa amin, may 24 persons that are confirmed dead, may 572 passengers po na na-rescue, ngunit meron pa hong 274 na missing. I’m sure po na tumataas na ho ‘yung number of passengers na nire-rescue as we speak. But, ulitin ko lang po na ‘yung mga figure na ‘yon ay nasa—good po ‘yon as of 7 a.m. so we’re also waiting for additional updates on this, at nandoon na po ‘yung… Nag-mee-meeting po sila doon ngayon kasama ‘yung Coast Guard, ‘yung mga different search and rescue assets po natin; kasama po diyan ‘yung sa Bureau of Fire Protection sa Talisay, ‘yung sa CENTOM, ‘yung AFP Search and Rescue Group, pati ho ‘yung mga LGU disaster volunteers at ‘yung mga different…’yung sa DOH din na po na All Terrain Medical and Relief Organization, nandiyan na rin po ‘yan, pati ho ‘yung mga teams ng DOH, nandoon po to lend their expertise to the situation.
